Your Privacy Choices
Last Updated: August 20, 2026
ZikQuote may disclose, share, license, or sell personal information submitted through our quote-request services to home-service companies, service providers, lead buyers, marketplaces, and marketing partners. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have choices about some of these activities.
Choices You May Request
- Opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information
- Opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling
- Access personal information we maintain about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete eligible personal information
- Obtain a portable copy of eligible personal information

Submit a Request
Use the control below to opt this browser out of optional advertising and analytics tags that may constitute sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law. You do not need to create an account, provide additional information, or verify your identity.
Checking this browser's privacy preference…
Browser controls cannot identify information previously submitted under a different browser, device, email address, or phone number. To apply an opt-out to identifiable lead records or to exercise another privacy right, use either contact method below.
Email hello@zikquote.com with the subject line Privacy Rights Request. Include your name, state of residence, the email address or phone number used with ZikQuote, and the right you want to exercise. We may request additional information to verify your identity and locate your records.
You may also call 401-314-3394 and provide the same request details.
You may also use an authorized agent where applicable. We may ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you.
Browser Opt-Out Signals
ZikQuote treats a qualifying Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt the signaling browser out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. The signal suppresses optional advertising and analytics tags without requiring you to click the control above. Because the signal is browser- or device-specific, enable it on each browser or device you use. We do not treat ordinary browser “Do Not Track” settings as a sale/share opt-out unless they transmit a legally recognized opt-out preference signal.
Response and Appeals
We will respond within the period required by applicable law, generally 45 days, subject to any permitted extension. Sale/share opt-outs will be implemented as soon as feasibly possible and within the legally required period. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line Privacy Appeal. We will provide the result of an appeal and, where required, information about contacting your state regulator.
Important Limitations
An opt-out does not prevent processing or disclosures needed to complete a request you initiated, maintain security and legal records, prevent fraud, comply with law, or perform other activities permitted by applicable law. Requests are processed under the terms, exceptions, verification standards, and response periods required by applicable law.
