Communication Terms

These Communication Terms explain how calls, texts, and emails may be used when you affirmatively accept a contact-consent disclosure and submit a request through ZikQuote.
Communications You May Receive
- Calls from live representatives
- Calls using an automatic telephone dialing system or automated or AI-assisted dialing technology
- Artificial-voice or prerecorded calls, where permitted by law
- SMS or MMS text messages
- Emails about your request and related home-service offers
Communications may come from ZikQuote and home-service companies, service providers, lead buyers, lead brokers, marketing partners, or downstream buyers or recipients identified or described in the consent disclosure and our Home Services Partners page.
The consent presented by ZikQuote does not authorize an independent company to deliver an artificial-voice or prerecorded telemarketing message where the law requires that company to obtain its own seller-specific agreement directly from you. Any company using those technologies is responsible for obtaining any additional consent the law requires.
Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Call Monitoring and Recording
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, fraud prevention, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. The caller is responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by the law that applies to the call. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell the caller and end the call.
How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to a text message to opt out of texts from that sender.
- Reply HELP for help where supported.
- Use an unsubscribe link in an email where available.
- Tell a caller that you revoke consent or ask to be placed on that company's internal do-not-call list.

We and each sender must honor a revocation made through a legally reasonable method as soon as practicable and within the period required by law. A sender may send one non-marketing message confirming a text opt-out where permitted. Opting out from one sender may not automatically opt you out from another independent company. You may need to contact each sender directly. Opt-out requests will be processed as required by applicable law.
